Interesting video. First thing one should always de-grease a new disc with brake cleaner. A new disc will have a protective layer of anti-rust grease on it to protect it in storage. Second the correct torque for the Brake Calliper Carrier to the strut is 210 n-m. Thirdly use Copper Grease around the centre boss but very sparingly on the face. Just rubbing your finger around the face with a slight bit of Copper Grease on it to just polish it, preferably don't use any at all on the face. Too much can lead the disc to run out of true and cause brake judder. Make sure that both mating faces of the Disc and boss are clean of any grit before putting them together for the same reason.
Thanks 🙏 trying to make it as simple as possible so people can check out there brakes, hopefully 🤞 covering most issues, but always up for any other questions 👌🚍🏨🌴🔴
Hi Jof , fab video’ handy when you have workshop facilities at hand. We had to find a garage that could take a motorhome size vehicle, front and rear pads and a replacement seized front calliper. Can’t take any chances with your brakes especially the weight it’s to stop …. 👍
Thanks Jof, I always try to stay with OEM parts. Just changed cabin filter following a watch of your video, these type of videos are so informative so thanks again.👍
Hi there, I am doing the pads on my motorhome on Monday every time I put full lock on the steering wheel squeal out so am giving this a go what does any body thinks 🤔
Cheers Jof I need to do mine very very soon and the vid was more than helpful

Might be a job in the summer, not for pads but to stop brake squeal.
Thanks for watching Derek 👍🏼🚍🏨🌴
You never even checked the sliding pins or lubed them up,,,
Thanks for the advice 🙏
I’m not with you Jof ! 😂 No chance would I attempt that because I’m bloody useless and haven’t got the tools .

Have you checked your power steering oil level, plus just be careful you don’t over strain the pump.
