Amazing that you recognized this. Most have no idea the difficulty of this piece. If not already, you can find my complete recordings of both KH albums in my playlist section. Working Together is the next most difficult. Cheers.
Amazing! And you managed to play it well at a fast tempo. Now you're making me want to practice this one again. I can't wait for KH Working Together. It's what I'm practicing now.
Sounds amazing! Takes me right back to the game. I have been learning Traverse Town for a long time and I don't play a lot of sheet music so it's been difficult. But overall I just love the piano collections for Kingdom Hearts. Again, sounds great!
Thanks man. This was the most difficult piece for me to learn. When I started recording the two KH albums I was quite surprised how difficult these were, even compared to the Final Fantasy Piano Opera. But definitely worth it.
There’s only one other working version of this on TH-cam, the ending is a bit unfortunate on that one though. This is probably because this piece is not just hard, it’s unplayable for most. I can tell because I had such a hard time learning this. This would be a good one on the new piano. I only have one more piece from NieR. I started on the Fonzi one, fairly simple, but tricky to get to perfection. Should have this done next week.
@@RichardYangPiano i am almost 45 and have been playing piano since I was 5. I was learning Chopin’s Barcarolle at the same time and this Riku piece was much harder for me for some reason. I had trouble with the stamina to keep up the speed for 6 minutes almost non stop since I don’t play as much as I used to having to work a lot of hours. And also bringing out the left hand accents over and over again at high speed. It is tricky. I did not have trouble with Hand in Hand or Working Together.
@@bw2082 exact same story, also in my 40’s. But for Roku, it’s very left-hand intensive. And some of the LH run sequences can be quite unnatural. So I can understand. But once you get a hang of it, it becomes a bit easier than working together. That, took a lot of stamina. Imagine I can barely reach 9th.
@@RichardYangPiano all the animenz arrangements i find hard too mostly because of unfamiliar rhythm issues. I have played a lot of classical repertoire and you come to expect certain things but all these dotted and off accent rhythms is confusing and foreign. I really like his attack on titan you see big girl (appleseed) arrangement. I like it better than the Vogel Im Kafig one.
值得一再回味🎉
Amazing performance! Definetely the toughest piece in the piano collections, and how ispiring it is to see it played like that

There’s only one other recording on TH-cam. The ending is not nearly as exciting as mine. I believe not many can play this.

Amazing Richard! Thanks again for the sneak peek earlier! Could you add this to your redo list for the N1X? Would love to hear this with Direct Audio
