But being a bengali, it's really very disheartening to see such negativity around social media when it comes to Bengal. So, through this channel, our only aim is to highlight the few brighter aspects happening around the city or our state. But your recommendations are really constructive and a matter of concern for all such optimistic Bengalis who wants Bengal to regain its past glories.

You are referring cities where IT had grown since 1980. So no point in comparing with the economic growth and potential.
I left Bengal in early eighties and since then closely monitor the states limited growth without pinpointing negativity.
Definitely some turnaround has started happening though at a slow pace.
