    Got these switches recently. Think they'll take a while to get used to from linears but I really like the tactility. Super smooth bump as well

    I tried quite a few switches ranging from gateron beer, baby kangaroo, melodic clickys, Kailh arctic foxes, and Chofox voyagers. Ultimately I actually decided on these! Super satisfying feel that won me over, although I’ll be putting some lighter switches on my more prominent gaming keys.

    Thank you for the great content!! I've never tried tactiles before, but I'm torn between these and the flamingos, how much louder would you say these are compared to the flamingos in general use?

    • @ClickandThock
      @ClickandThock  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Flamingoes are more high pitched, so maybe they feel and sound a little by louder in open space. These sound deeper and are thockier, but still not silent at all! Thanks mate!

    Thanks for the great video! I was wondering what you think about Budgerigar compared to Flamingo. Specs and sound profiles seem exactly the same when I open your videos side by side. But can you give me your own opinion in terms of typing experience. I appreciate a lot, if you give me your opinion. Many thanks again.

    • @ClickandThock
      @ClickandThock  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Budgerigar is tactile while the flamingo is linear, so no tactile bump on the second one. In term of smoothness it is pretty similar. But the budgerigar sounds more thocky, deeper sound and feels. That's depend of your preferences!

    • @OzanCetinaslan
      @OzanCetinaslan ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@ClickandThock Thanks for the reply. Yes I know one is linear and the other tactile but interestingly, side by side they sound the same. Maybe it is due to the mic. positions. I like both and still am confused which one I should get. Can you tell me your preference (including epomaker sea salt), I mean which one you like more flamingo vs budgerigar vs sea salt? Again, many many thanks for the awesome video.

    I kinda have to wonder what the rationale is for these switches w/ mildly shorter travel distances. Like... is anyone actually feeling the difference between 4mm and 3.8mm?

    • @MateyDJ89
      @MateyDJ89 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Definitely You can hear it, depending on the switch design shorter travel can mean that switch bottoms out with the stem pole instead of stem rails.

    Hi Great video, I’m very confused which option to select for epomaker TH66. I would prefer more thoky sound profile. Should i go for this one or gateron pro yellow or something else? Please suggest……Thanks in advance
