"Footwork is literally the foundation of everything in foam fighting. Offense, defense, movement, shot placement all require good footwork. And if you are already a decent fighter, improvements in footwork might be all it takes to make the next step. This class will focus on building good footwork fundamentals though lessons and drills. You will also go home with exercises you can (and should) use to keep working on your footwork or share in your own park. This class is a theory based class with practice exercises rather than the drills based class of previous years."
