More mxgp riders should do more of this. It’s really good behind the scenes stuff and how a rider prepares for a race. Loving the look of the gas gas. Love ryno training methods. Just a shit show with this virus atm

Glenn protect the front end of the bike ,and listen to the coach, mind set, and motivation ryno will get you there. We set the bar high and will deal with reality later. You got something there glenn. See you at top of the box.
Sand also I found that leg mussels hold a lot off crap from micro tears and needs massaged out so much so when you pee the crap is visable in your urine. Cycling doesn't do it but now with the new ebikes from specialized the computer can be set to remove rubbish in the quads and faster so recovery so much quicker. Top riders find it hard to back off to repair mussels as their so used at pushing which isn't going to work over the season. Dyno is a good trainer but pushes to hard some times.
