@@joycelynfisher2246 Ye, to me it seems like 50 cent feel resentment towards the mom in this case. The whole "team mom" sounds like shit to me, and I don't think it's about that,.50 has been touring and led a life where he's been busy and basically a workaholic. He hasn't been there a lot of the time. He doesn't know the half the pain and feeling left out, and basically saying "fine, if that's what you want to do" highlights that. Not really any effort given to reconnect or show unconditional love. It's conditional to 50.
Emotional support isn't the same as having everything you need in other aspects of life. I think 50 paints himself in a too good of a light and never reflects on why he the son is "team mom" or has done some of the things he's done. It's about connection and being seen for who he is, something 50 has shown difficulty to understand in terms of mental health with friends and others.

My brothers were pissed at first until I explained to each of them its not because she earned that gift but because regardless of how she treated us, none of our families would exist without her and all the pain she put us through, she was our key to life even though she gave us a hard beginning.

His mother has to back off and stop telling her 50 business to him. It's not the child's business. Parents have to stop talking bad about the other parent to the kids. They don't realize that the child is half of the other so it's like talking about the child also. Its damaging. Now 50 doesn't have a relationship with his oldest. But his son is grown now and it's his responsibility to mend the relationship with his father.

Sometimes we need to put our pride aside and acknowledge maybe I was wrong in some ways and try to make things right. His son is hurt too for reasons we can’t know or understand. 50 doesn’t talk about how extremely disrespectful he was and still is to his son’s mother. Men like this forget that their kids are watching. He’s on team mom not because she brainwashed him. But because he saw for himself how poorly 50 treated and still treats his mother.
Remember when 50 trolled her online after he was finished paying child support. That’s how he was in public. Imagine on the disrespect he shows her in private.
His son sees his dad being mean to his mother.
Dads need to remember to treat the mothers of their children better.
Even this idea he has that his child is not is equal. That’s very narcissistic.
His child is his own person. His child is an adult man now but 50 expects his child to be less than him

When we allow women to over mother they 10 to transfer emotional thinking to our children and that's okay for a girl child but for a male child it could be detrimental. That's why we got young men out here killing each other over slights. Where are used to be you get into a fight with your best friend the next day you said is sharing a sandwich together. As far as a child being equal to a parent how can someone ever catch up to you when you got a 16-year or a 25-year start on them? If they live to be 90 you would be 106 or 115 years old. The funny thing is they all figure it out when Once their first child gets to be about 16.

He aint about who got more authority. Your parents dont know everything and everybody is their own individual. His job is to raise me to give God the glory/ raise his kids right. My kid looks at me as a wallet and calls her step-dad dad. She calls me dad when she gets what she wants from me! So she can have a nice life I will pay my share but I am literally numb and done. How can you love someone so much with every atom of your core and they don't give a phuck? I could completely understand if I wasn't handling business or I was a piece of crap but it is simply team mom bullcrap! Never have kids with someone you don't wanna be with for life. The honest truth is I never talk bad about her mom and step-dad in front of her but they both poison my name! I buy stuff for her and her siblings because that is the type of man I am but they act like I am a bum even though I am on a completely different level. This is not an excuse but I understand why men run from this kind of bullcrap!
