Then they all started saying how I sound fat, etc. - once the game was over one of the bastards friended me (lmfao). Its so sad that us as women get this much hate when playing videogames.. some men online are nice and respectable, the rest are just pigs who can't communicate with women and if they hear one they instantly resort to violence lol. I'm so sorry you had to go through this, it somewhat is comforting for me knowing that other women also go through this hate - we're not alone!
Experiences like these always make me thank the few men who make the rounds as comfortable and fun as possible even if we are losing. It always takes me back to the time when 3 guys were actually nice to me and just made conversation and were actually very funny.
The only time I’ve ever considered “rage quitting” a Valorant game I qued into a lobby of 4 extremely toxic men. Two of them kept commenting on how “uwu” my voice sounded and how aroused it made them. Which for some reason egged the other two into joining the sexual harassment. It got so bad by like the 8th round they were just chasing me surrounding me (it all 4 managed to get around me I couldn’t move) then they’d make sexually explicit noises and say they were 🍇‘ing me. Told me not to complain, or to “just enjoy it raze”. Then after they would try to team kill me. This was on breeze. To this day idk how I didn’t just force close the game and uninstall Valorant.

I just center align my text to where I want it to be and then either 1. copy paste it and just change the text at each new phrase or 2. drag the text layer across the whole timeline and just cut it when necessary (those ways the text position/size etc. will always be consistent)

I’ve never seen a video so perfectly reflect my ranked experience. One dude was convinced i was gay man on woman or trans (im a cis straight woman) and that i needed to be sent to conversion camp
As a straight guy, the amount of sexism and transphobia is very likely to be brought up whenever one player isn’t playing well. People blaming transgenders or females actually is not a valid reason to point why they aren’t pulling their own weight. People got to understand that toxicity doesn’t always make people fired up. Sometime people just shut down and perform worst. I hate people that are like that.

I'm brazilian and I play valorant since 2020, I think the female experience in BR servers are actually WAY BETTER. Like, I can't remember the last time a player treated me as shit in a game. My voice is similar to a young boy going through puberty. Young kids and immature adults like these gentlemorons are uncomfortable with the way my voice sounds to them. I fear the world we live in with these kinds of people that I encounter. To be fair, it’s not just Valorant that this behavior is happening in. I experience this with Apex and Fortnite. Parents need to do better and teach compassion and grace to their kids. I also agree, when in the game and I hear others being bullied, I speak up and report them. I believe it’s important to be a voice against this behavior.
