Yes. If it can be used to design tools, then it can be used to design a house. The limiting factor in how much detail you can add to your house design will likely be the amount of RAM your device (that’s running the app) has; not a functional limitation of the software.
@@active4delta agreed, the limit to my usage was that my pc gets unusually hot when trying to work with it
