      Or right in front. I worked in a hospital for 10 yrs. And in medical clinics. We were not supposed to park right out front. And out of consideration of our patients we parked around the rear of our building. Left the parking places near the doors for our patients.

    5:35 What about those who don't appreciate your attempt to stifle the rights that are actually enumerated in the Constitution? The "right to privacy in a public place" is not only not enumerated but has been declared nonexistent by SCOTUS whereas our right to disseminate info on public services IS enumerated.

    Back2Basic: if the public is allowed camera is allowed if free citizens want it's called equal access during normal business hours!! You can't as public servants say you CAN'T to free citizens NOT breaking laws!! Request policy manuals and show them their own policy!!

    Peoples privacy, what in a public building; you dont need to understand anything other than he is allowed to do it and stop making fictitious events and claims up when he is your boss. If you value their privacy then make it private for them and stop dealing with them in a public area of a public building. Stop giving your boss unlawful orders.

      Sheets v Punta Gorda has put this baby to bed once and for all. The court ruled that Government employees control their workplace environments exactly the way non-Government employees control THEIR workplaces.
      Paying your taxes means you're not subject to Federal prosecution for Tax Evasion; it does NOT elevate you to an administrative capacity by which the protocols of government installations need you to sign off.

      It’s quite clear to me that you are not familiar with rights granted by the constitution of the USA. I suggest you look up the UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION. Americans are granted rights. Lots of them are God given. Not government granted.

      Do you understand? The patients are not examined or spoken to in the lobby of the offices. Thry take thrm to exam rooms to talk private. That’s Privste. The people who are in possession of the medical records are the ones who must safe guard medical information. That’s according to HIPPA “was.

    If this guy record's or filming when he start walking inside this building the sign clearly said no recording or no cell phone's we're allowed inside the building now the lady does have the right to call the cops on him but he also does not have the right walk in when ever he wants I hope he is charge for trespassing and,get's arrested

      They, the public servants, are the ones required to protect people's PII. Yet everywhere I go I see them asking the people they serve to say their details out loud infront of everyone else. I've even documented it on my page. This is NOT how a public servant such as yourself protect people's PII.
      Eyes, ears, and cameras equate to the same thing. Yet you're afraid of one of those. It makes no sense, just like your comment.
      I'll have you know, I made a policy change happen at my local DMV. It's all recorded to be proof if needed. I never posted it however. I'm not an activist for popularity or clout. There is absolutely no issue from me for people that do it for those reasons.
      I suggest you understand your role and the 1st Amendment. Especially freedom of press. You clearly need it.
