Lanning gave a lot of hope and assurance to DC fans . In Ipl ,we are normally fighting for the top spot from the bottom and here we have Meg Lanning , she is just so consistent and successful. DC may have lost 2 finals but you can't take away the impact Meg has had . Her getting emotional post WPL final was next level . She has achieved everything but still that winning means so much to her. I hope our young girls learn a lot from her . India winning word cup in woments team will just take it to another level. We must win

Hope, Meg is in good place now mentally and physically. It takes a lot of courage to recount personal struggles. This is very brave of her. Her performance on field doesn't reflect her internal struggles. What a gem player! Hopefully she will be playing domestic and league cricket a few more years. Absolutely enjoyed her playing in our WPL. Always interested to know how she at the age of only 21 ended up being captain of Australia when the team had many senior players. Thanks for asking her about the background of it 🙂 Great podcast. Very compassionate, very informative 👏

In this full episode she talked about 2017 wc & t20wc 2018 loss only even though aus won many games. Ind is consistently in losing. If aus didn't win 2022 wc meg couldn't thought of retirement. Take care of health meg. U have lot of fans in ind.

Whatever she said about India is so true … we react so emotionally at times . When you win it’s like a festival and when you lose there’s hardly anyone to be there and support ! This culture has to change and we need to start seeing sport as a sport ! I hope she wins the WPL next year which she truly deserved ❤❤❤loads of love and good wishes Meg ❤️❤️❤️
