It may be the O ring inside of the water line connector seat. If you take the water line out you can look inside the filter base and see if the little black ring is inside. If not, you should be able to find some at your local hardware store. I hope this helps. Good luck and thanks for watching!
@@marcusfixesstuff if figured out my problem. The waterline was locking in place but it wasn’t in all the way. I forced it in more and that did the trick. Thanks for replying. Thanks for the video.
Thanks for this video. My filter seem to be clicking fine, but I noticed water dripping around the area behind the fridge. It’s pooling near the compressor. Could it be the same part that’s leaking? appreciate any input
My water pressure was low too. Changing this and using a new filter made the difference. Hope it helps. Thanks for watching and please consider subscribing.

I have a problem with a waterline leaking after I install it. Any suggestions?
A line inside the fridge or the supply line?
@@marcusfixesstuff the waterline that snaps on the water filter base in this video.
Let me do some research but my first thoughts are the line is not seated all the way in the base or there is something wrong with the base/line.

It could be this part or it could be the water line. If you take it apart you can see where everything attaches and then if the leak is visible.
@@marcusfixesstuff will do. thanks again
I'm doing this tomorrow. I didn't shop around...mine was $75 with shipping. Oh well, i just want water. Thanks.

This may have something to do with the low water pressure that comes out. Thank you.
