Thats insane, well done. Could you explain though how the level skipping works? Is it something like when you enter a loading zone, then home menu vent causes the game to think you already had 2 loading zones or so? I couldn't really get it
if you go back to a level from another level on one save, quit game before it loads in, and open main save, then you will spawn at the end checkpoint of the level you were at on main save
I've got a question about 28:50, for the watcher boost I can get the watcher to get to the fence and jump on him but I can't make it over the fence, is there anything specific I need to be doing?
you couldve saved like 5-7 sec in level fun by going into the last partygoers line of sights then back and doing circle around the wall and your clear to go to the exit
yes this was an alternative but it only saves about 0.3 seconds but normally i will have juice so i can do a way faster strat however i got unlucky rng
Can you explain why speedrunners skip lvls like what is the point, in my opinion by skipping lvls you are not playing game correctly and idk how do you even progress
we do not "skip" them by using anything external, it done with a in game glitch and only can skip a few levels. These levels were mostly very easy and boring so most speedrunners dont care we are missing out on them and since we are trying to go fast and its any% we might as well.
@@jedixxx2914 I saw ppl skip abandoned office so is this some kind of glitch when you instead of completing this lvl which lets be real, its actually boring, you just play lvl 0 on new save and boom lvl is skipped or smth :PP
Once you have played the game for abit none of the levels are hard, the challenge is gong fast and since this is a speedrun we of course skip any levels/puzzles we can to save time

The level fun part where you get under a table at the last partygoer is faster or slower than just running 14:52
slower but i had to do it since i didnt have a juice to do fast strat (u can do it without juice but too risky)

There is holes in the roof of the map that u can fly through, the category is any% so glitches are allowed
