  • Curious how fit you need to be for trekking in Nepal? Then this is the video for you!
Join us as we embark on a multi-day backpacking adventure through the breathtaking Langtang Valley, a 60km round trip trekking journey, where we put our bodies & minds to the test.
We almost didn’t go on this hike when we were in Nepal because we were worried we weren’t fit enough or our bodies couldn’t handle it. Then we thought, well what if we just tried? And that was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made!

Nepal's hiking is for Trekkers and mountaineers and not for normal tourist. Well explained.

Well done guys. Trekking in Nepal is not easy, even more so with heavy backpack. I feel like you guys are from Canada. Watching your videos from south Ontario gives me immense pleasure to see Canadians visiting my homeland. Missing home for sure. Your humour makes watching your videos joyous. And your understanding and acknowledgement of terrain and place without roads and being content with the quality of accomodation is very respectable and polite. Thank you.

Your comment means a lot to us! You have reinvigorated us when we were feeling a lack of motivation, so thank you 🙏😊
Indeed, I (Evan) am from south Ontario. I hope you find the hospitality there to be even a little bit close to what we experienced in Nepal. The most widely welcoming place we’ve been yet!

OMG... what an adventure! Doing something that most of us couldn't wrap our heads around, really🤷‍♀️ Evan, I feel your knee pain... but all I had to do was get around the house, not up a rocky, uneven yak trail! Kudos to you both for your perseverance... everything does look better from the top!
