What they forgot to show you is that they failed to properly close that hatch. On the way into the harbor, an idiot on a small yacht ran into the port side aft and the cruise ship started taking on water. They ended up being dry-docked for a week and all the guests were forced to being bussed to the Costa del Sol until they could be flown home. (Okay, none of that really happened... but it would have been a lot more exciting than the almost four minutes of watching this video.)
