On my video of this it is important note each senate building has a focus of playing style on the promotion. 1 is solo 1 defense 1 rally and then mixtures if someone never solos it is best to promote the 2 and 3 and not do the 1st building.
Important: Pay attention everyone because if you ascend a general in senate and don’t remove them and then add them back, they won’t count your ascension buffs. Also, if you cultivate your duty generals and don’t remove them and then add them back it won’t count your cultivation for buffs. It’s a glitch in the game. You have to remove and then reassign the generals after cultivating or ascension for buffs to be added.
i dont know if its a glitch..but good tip...i think most people would check and look to see how their shiny new toy looks in the senate and then remove and add once they see it doesnt have as many red stars as they would like
I've just started working on this myself. My biggest holdup is BOA. I started collecting crap gens from the pub a long time ago. TONS of buffs to be had from senate.

lol. Great comment. Every few videos I get these comments. Then I rewatch and it looks fine to me nap maybe you are correct they are watching it early before fully processed. I know I convert them to mobile view and that may lower the quality.
I been placing the gens needed for covenant (that i dont use anywhere else ) in the senate, as i have to upgrade them anyway, or old pub gens
