To get ability upgrades (aka. evolutions) you need to upgrade you ability trait to at least lvl3 for a first upgrade and lvl6 fpr a second.

Yeah, it's important to level up an ability you plan to build around early. I also noticed he was stacking up a lot of critical which is pointless on Cleric's auto attack. It was really only helping his Transfixion, but a majority of the damage came from his auto anyways.

Regarding socialized healthcare: One of the bs talking points for opposition is "Having socialized medicine is un-American!"
    Yet:
    - The US Military, is set up with a ton of socialist systems including and especially medical. Socialized medicine within the military has been a US custom since at least the Civil War, if not before that.
    - The US Military has and has had a UBI that gets adjusted for inflation.
    - The US Military has both provided housing and housing subsidies which those subsidies also get adjusted for inflation
    - The US Military both has internal colleges to give degrees, and college benefits while in and after the military that can take care of the entire education, including college credits earned for training that's core to basic training and also core to tech training (it was Tech School when I was in the Air Force, different branches call it different things, and, admittedly, the Air Force's training was later used as a template to fully re-structure training for the Navy, and, ostensibly, the Marines, IDK if this applies to the Army. so, this point does vary)
    - The US Military provides food for its enlisted members, and generous subsidies.
    - The US Military also provides all uniforms and protective equipment for their troops/the uniform issuance is limited to enlisted.
    - Vacation is an entitlement that gets accrued per month and, when someone is on vacation, they get paid their UBI plus, if they're on vacation but are in the barracks/dorms otherwise, they get paid their Basic Allowance for Subsistence to cover their meals since they'll not be eating in the dining facilities of the base.
The kicker here is that, a demographic of opponents to socialized medicine also claim to be advocates for fair treatment of military personnel and military veterans in words; in practice, that tends to be restricted to when it's convenient, and, pushing for parasitic systems which civilians have to deal with being the mainstay, as prior VP Pence summed up their thoughts "Put simply, if you don't have the money for healthcare, you will not receive healthcare." As a veteran, that perspective almost cost me my life because: The ACA was the only way that I qualified for VA medical, before that you either had to be disabled due to service related reasons, or be poor enough and have a substance abuse problem. I stopped dealing with the VA because the one time I did try to go to the VA for medical treatment for a very simple issue (UTI), the attendant doctor not only refused to treat me for a UTI, but, in front of me, claimed that it couldn't be a UTI as "UTI's are very rare" and just *HAD* to be an STD because either I wasn't being truthful about my promiscuity (or in my case I wasn't promiscuous, she was insinuating that I was), or my SO must be cheating on me, but, without tests it was "apparent" to her that "one of those has to be the reason I'm in the doctor's office because UTI's are too rare for that to be the reason". That malpractice which that doctor never faced repercussions for ended up with an inpatient stay in a civilian hospital because I was on the cusp of sepsis. I was then billed $60k for that entire inpatient stay because the VA denied the original claim and both appeals from the hospital as "non-emergent care". All of that, including that insane bill that I never paid because I couldn't/can't as I was struggling to avoid being homeless again, and would have to choose between "being homeless and starving" or "paying a hospital for a bill that I did not owe due to malpractice". I made my choice because there was no choice as I will not allow myself to go homeless again due to the fact that one organization put me in a dangerous spot, and another was chargin $60k for a 4 day stay, 4 IV's, a bit of morphine to help with the pain, and antibiotics as well as far too many "specialists" who then charged me $1k a pop because they popped their head in my room's door and signed a form acting like I needed further diagnosis past what I was in for, none of which I had any control over, and none of which was medically relevant to the fully confirmed UTI and Sepsis. This included an unnecessary CAT scan without contrast during my recovery period.
When a vet gets out, their reliable healthcare is gone, and, what's left only became a benefit for all vets because of the Affordable Healthcare Act, and we deal with the fact that we also may now be struggling with disabilities that the VA doesn't consider service related even though they were service related, but, are unable to pay for healthcare to help us with those disabilities. In my case, that's scoliosis and PTSD that was made worse by the military, but, because I had PTSD before I went in, it didn't matter that the PTSD got worse as a direct result of witnessing the murder of a friend who was only murdered because someone in the armory wasn't doing their job correct or were outright corrupt which allowed my friend's murderer to steal an assault shotgun, M9, grenade launcher, M16 and several grenades along with other stuff that I can't remember because I was still stunned that someone would miss a fraggin grenade launcher, and, what that murderer must have had planned if all that stuff was in his car too... No, that, and the various systemic abuse faced by coworkers, or dealing with an instance where someone in our squadron actually got physically crushed to past by hangar doors because the klaxons weren't firing and they had their hearing protection, or the other person who died because someone didn't properly maintain a maintenance stand whose railing snapped off as a result of a faulty and visibly worn pin failing when that person leaned on the railing momentarily 30 feet off the concrete below.. Nah, none of the PTSD I got from any of that was service related at all. I'm not the only one who has dealt with this sort of shit from the VA. What's not realized is that veterans are one of the highest demographics for suicide rates. Veterans are more prone to be homeless too. Yet, these proponents for "Stand up for the Vets because 'Murica" stop waving their flags when part of those rights are rights of civilians again, and, as civilians most of us get treated as if we were a discarded wrapper, if not toilet paper, on top of coming to terms with how poorly civilians get treated in regards to their rights because those "patriotic" flag wavers oppose things like UBI and socialized medicine and only resolving homeless ness by supporting souperist homeless shelters who require someone to become a young earth creationist apologetic in order to stay in the homeless shelter.
Speaking of, yes, I've been in a homeless shelter before, that's why I brought up the souperist stuff. In fact, I was the final person to fill in the blanks of representation as the other homeless people came from the Army, Marines, Navy and Coast Guard. Yet, these opponents to these systems which are a genuine benefit to the populace are "allies for our brothers and sisters who served their nation"... Oh, and, to even be acknowledged as a veteran to these folk, you have to 1. Be christian. 2. Not have your own opinion that contradicts their narrative. 3. Be christian in a way that would support them in a military way if they needed it.
Which, as a vet who swore an oath to protect the Constitution from all threats foreign and domestic, those three points, I have a lot of problems with given that when I was in, a lot of my brothers and sisters actually fought a similar type of group overseas... This is not a commentary on the wars in general, but, this is a commentary on how I view religious terrorists and threats to the constitution the same, devoid of which religion was the excuse for the terrorism or fascism. /rant

Wanderbots hoping US will implement public health insurance.
Meanwhile me in Poland hoping it will get removed. 😅
Honestly you wouldn't want it if you knew how bad it can be.
In Poland everyone has to pay 9% of their income for health insurance, meaning that people with higher salaries pay more for it, and yet its complete garbage for everyone.
For example Dentists will only fix your first 3 teeth, and they use only the cheapest materials and no anesthesia, as for the other teeth, they only offer removals.
So even tho you have public health insurance most people still need to pay from their pocket for most things.
If you have more money you can afford to pay for private health insurance, which is as expensive as in US, but you still have to pay for the public one as well, so it's even more expensive.
So at the end of the day it's just another mandatory tax that gives you almost nothing in return.

I used to live in Italy and it was bad, we still end up paying for it, or did, through automatic deductions. I know people who traveled to the US to get an operation done because they were having to wait a very long time if they wanted it done there. *Free* healthcare isn't free, especially when you consider the waiting time and quality.

3:31 being short range means you'll hit less enemies which leads to you dealing more damage because it doesn't get split as much.
i'm personaly not a fan of that kind of attack, it may be the most single target damaging basic attack we have, but i don't feel like these games are about single target. that being said i used cleric to get my first win on haunted caverns, because no other option was working on the timed boss kill.

We are well aware about the horrendous health care situation in the US and make fun of people that defend this system.
Workers in German gastro service are slaves. But premium slaves compared to US. (But restaurants etc evade taxes like neo dodges bullets ;). Wich means employes will just get minimum pension)
I was shocked when i did learn about the US and their fixation to national holidays. Since paid leave is pretty exotic there. Or sick leave...
Laws say that full time workers have to get 20 paid leave days per year including the right to get two weeks in a row.
My company gives me 30 days including vacation money (+6 for disabled people from wich are 5 mandatory by law) 15 days from overhours and a bonus payment that can be turned into 3/7 or 11 more paid vacation days ;).
If you are sick then the company has to pay you. After 6 weeks you only get 60% of that wich then gets paid by health insurence. Beeing sick with the same problem in the next 6 months means that health insurence has to pay you those 60% again. Protecting companies.
Health insurence pays for most things and you have an up payment wich is max 2% of your yearly income or 1% for disabled people.
Other uppayments for AOK plus are: 8€ per Hospital day if you stay more than 6 days, 2,50€ per receipt, and 10% of the price for meds.
But never more than 10€ per uppayment.
Wich meany i pay 60€ for my meds that cost 500€ per package.
Incontinence diapers? State independend ones only pay up to 20€ per receipt :/. AOK does 40€ per month and AOK plus (Saxony/Thuringa) pays full for the products that meat your incontinence needs. Incontinence products for children are always free. O ly receipt cost has to be paid. (again just 2,50€ and some deliver supplies for 3 months)
AOK as state supportet insurence has to cover everyone no matter wich income, job or passport. Only requirement is that this person has to live its majority of time in Germany.
Also... If you are in a German health insurence the it doesnt matter where you are. They cover you around the globe. Wich makes Germans priority patients in third world countries or even second world like Tunesia.
This is also why many people criticise that Ukrainians get full social benefits and health insurence cover as soon as they enter the country.
They will get child support, "Bürgergeld" and even pension without a single day working here.
Wich caused social benefit tourism to Germany. Ukrainians now get all their health problems and even things like cosmetic tooth overhauls paid by Germans.
Poor Ukrainians dont make it till Germany. Most of them are wealthy Ukrainians wich could have easylie paid it on their own...
Some trashed the house of our neighbour. Told them they had to flee from war and lost everything. Just a lie. They were nowhere near war zone and their luxury cars were found pretty fast since Ukrainian license plates are pretty rare. (Polish/Czech ones are way more common)

@@wanderbots I agree that it would be great to have a free healthcare for everyone, but the reality of it is that in most countries that have it it's complete garbage.
For example, in Poland dentists will only fix your first 3 teeth, and they use only the cheapest materials and no anesthesia, as for the other teeth, they only offer removals.
And it's even worse when a lot of people have to wait for 10 or 20 years for an URGENT operation, and (if you'r still alive because a lot of people die before it, because they didn't receive any proper treatment) after all that wait the doctor can just say that he no longer thinks that it's necessary, or for some other stupid reason they just won't do it.
