Also, can I send to someone who has a regular BTC wallet address using Lightning? Basically I'm unclear after buying BTC how I get it in and out of Lightning.

I just sent a transaction with 3 sats per byte. It’s dont need the transaction to be super quick, but I wonder how long it will take. 24 hours so far
