- Sitting around on a cold winter weekend, I just decide to drop everything and head down to Wales.
Join me in the final episode as I visit the stunning Llyn Clywedog reservoir and fire up the drone.
Ive really enoyed a winter ride around North Wales! Next time I will definetely invest in some heated under gear if the temp is going to be near 0c.

I have been out on so many rides the last few years and have always been recording, I just never uploaded anything online. I thought I'd have a go. I now have the fantastic BMW R1250 GS Adventure TE in Kalamata design which means lots more awesome bike trips to come.

Your videos are so peaceful. Great music throughout the video too. If you can take off three weeks for work I recommend a trip through Italy. Or two weeks for Spain/Portugal. Logistics of accomodation and budget may be more complex as you would have to plan out potential time constraints of travel/routing against destinations/things to visit against budget. But a trip like this you will truly enjoy. Just don't forget your gopro batteries 🙂
Great suggestion! I have done Spain and Portugal but it was before started recording everything. I also took my camper down to Italy and ferry across to Greece. I really would love to do it all my bike now!

Another great video. 👍 You mentioned heated clothing, I use a Gerbing heated jacket and gloves, they’re worth their weight in gold at this time of the year, I just returned yesterday from Part 2 of the ABR challenge, 702 miles, most of which I had my heated gear on, I was lovely and toasty and because I wasn’t cold, I wasn’t fatigued, a huge bonus when on a bike and doing big mileage.

IIRC when you get to the T junction coming back from the reservoir instead of turning right towards Llandiloes you can go left, the left again a bit later on and go over the mountains to Machynlleh? If you want to get a heated jacket make sure you try it on 1st especially the Keis ones as they need to be a snug fit and you need a smaller size than you think 😉

Love your country roads and the views are amazing. The GS is a great bike for this kind of roads but I doubt to buy the new 1200Tiger

I am currently running the Annaki Adventures but will probably try something else soon. Not sure what yet.
I don't save my routes but I think they do show in the connected App. I think I should start saving them as lots of people ask me. I do try and make it clear on the videos exactly where I am and what roads.
