You were right from the start, this seed is coded in. Was a huge thing that people effectively reverse engineered the seeds to find this deal. Odds of any single person out of all of the players in the world doing this seed in 100 years is still next to no chance

The reason you'd want the vouchers that are otherwise useless is to remove them from the voucher pool, so you can maybe reach more useful ones.
