- The past few years I've noticed that I haven't been able to play that many games. And really I've just been talking about them more than playing them. So then I came up with this idea. Why not try to earn 30 Platinum trophies in a month? Well, I made this my personal goal for the month of October, and filmed everything. Join me in this wonderful journey across PS4, PS3, PS Vita, and PSVR. You'll laugh, you'll cry, and you'll question reality itself. Best of all, the only loser here is me. Enjoy.

I’ve played a few of these for the trophies but not any that I’ve forced myself to go through like 36 fragments. That wasn’t an amazing game but it was relaxing quick and easy. The only one I’ve done that for is my name is mayo and I’m never doing it again.

I came back to this video and watched the whole thing again. Honestly the artistry in making the video, how much effort it must have taken. The cuts from you playing the game to just the game on the screen are flawless. It's got humor, cats and skill. Now that you should be quarantined will you be making another one? I would love to see it!
This was extremly enjoyable to watch. Do you consider on making another episode of this? You could maybe go for 10 very hard platinum trophies in 30 days instead.

@@tim3line you need to at least beat the game 2 times and the avarage time for people to beat 1 walkthrough is 100 hours so mementos wouldn't have done that much
How long is your average play through, mine is like 53:30 hours (persona 5)
@@Wachato my first playthrough was about 98 hours.
My second was about 110 hours, this one is the longest since i kept collecting money which allowed me to start my 3rd playthrough with about 1 million yen.
My third (i also got my platinum on this playthrough) was about 100 hours.
Keep in mind that i'm not completely sure about these times since the play time carries on with you in each NG+

I saw that first game and when you said, "childhood classic" I was literally thinking, that is the same for me. I grew up with that game and loved it a lot. Even more, I pre-ordered the remake and it's literally the first ever pre-order I have ever gone through. That's several years of my life that differed, but I very much wanted that Collector's Edition.

So cool to go back and watch an old video of yours like this one, would love to see another one for sure! I never used to be one to chase platinum trophies and at one time never thought I was capable of earning even one, then I did with Crash Bandicoot 2 of all games, but then didn’t again for awhile, then it was Spider-Man in 2018, once again no platinums for ages but thanks to covid I had nothing better to do than play my backlog of games and 2020 alone earned 10 or so and it was so much fun and sooo satisfying 😂 if I feel I can do it I try my best to get a platinums now haha

Can probably be done in a few days with the amount of trash easy games that release these days on psn. There is no quality control. They literally just peddle trophies to these thirsty addicts

Been waiting for this one since it was announced and remembered u tweeting 30 plats in 30 days, a lot of these games i'll never touch and i could understand u doing easy or short games but was kind of hoping for more AAA games or games in ur backlog. Still impressive tho and doin 2 telltale games on multiple platforms at once was pretty awesome
Some triple titles take like more that 12 hours I believe
AAA 3rd party would have just made for a more entertaining vid but he did do games people heard of and liked he did telltale games on different platforms 12 hrs is nothing compare to 40-50 but when u only have 30 for 30 titles yea that is pretty long

Destroy All Humans was a good example, it's a 12-15 hour Platinum. With work and any remaining social life it took 3 days to finish. Any AAA games just would have made the challenge basically impossible. So went for mostly 4-8 hour Plats.
Yes I realize that and wasn't complaining, i mean 12-15 hrs alone in 1 sitting is pretty rough and i was happy u included what u could glad u included hellblade. Yea some of those ps2 to ps4 games r rough and take a long time still working on the gta vice city plat and those side missions are taking forever the cop one was very easy since i got a lot of hidden packages and u can use the pay n spray. I'll have to play destroy all humans 1 and 2. Metal Slug Anthology is pretty rough tho i kno there is an exploit with 2 controllers and ultra street fighter 4 on the ps4 is probably impossible for me with those trials tho i guess u could grind them out, just meant would have been cool seein u plat more AAA games u had on ur backlog or wanted to play but haven't yet, always can in the future and in a separate video regardless, 30 plats in 30 days is pretty amazing man! :)

I've given up on trophyhunting a few years ago. I found myself not really enjoying the games anymore because i didn't care about the stories. I just played for the trophies, skipping all cutscenes if possible. Occasionally i'll try to finish a platinum if i'm close to it, but i play games to enjoy them now, not to stack up on trophies.

The only plats I go for are games that are super simple or games I love that I end up playing yearly like Persona and Last of Us
I don’t have any platinums yet but I’m going to start a trophy collection and my first platinum is going to be life is strange I’ve heard great things about it and have been told it’s an easy plat so I’m going to try it out I love your vids keep doing them. 🙂

I remember my first platinum was from the sly cooper collection. Got Sly thievius racoonus platinumed in 7 hours. And then went on to platinum both the 2nd and 3rd sly game that same week.
All of the persona 5 references are amazing great game I’m currently about 50 hours in but want that platinum for sure
