We could get a new world that is like a tourist place and there could be a bunch of lots with hotels, motels, and they could make townhouses livable . What I mean by that is, you could live in a townhouse but only have to look after one part of the house and one person/family.
I swear I always love every build you do! I know this sounds silly but it really looks like a true motel! Not too much either like your attention to detail is spot on👏🏾
There is a mod "Auto Employees custom lot trait" by LittleMsSam that allows employees to show up automatically and your sims wouldn't have to hire them. By the way I love your builds as always!

Have you thought about coming back to this build to change the yoga mats to the beach towels we got, and the lounge chairs you made to the actual ones we got (thank god btw)? Maybe even the toy cars to the ones we finally have unlocked in liveeditmode? Because I noticed that some of these older builds have things like that, so would they all change or would you leave it to us? WHICH IS TOTALLY FINE BTW
that extra space could also be used for a gym which is great alternative is you don’t have laundry day, but i absolutely love this build and everything about it, literally so realistic!!!
you're definitely my favourite Sims builder. and I've watched a lot of builders through the years! waaay back when Sims 3 was still a thing! not to say the other builders aren't good, but you make it seem so realistic, like I wanna live in your builds!!

I may be a New England girl now but I’ll always, always miss California :( Your mention of the Adirondack-style chairs made me think that an ADK lodge or even great camp style build in Granite Falls might be really cool to do. It could probably even work as a limited-pack build.
I just wanted to mention the I really liked how you incorporated the recoloring of the rooms ( Just a quick double speed overview ) I hope you do that more if there is anything that you think maybe a little too repetitive because I still find it interesting to watch. Keep up the amazing work, and I'm already looking forward to your next community build Xx
This build is actually so accurate! Especially the bar, my friends and I sometimes go motel/small hotel bar hopping because they have the best activities and the regulars are always fun! Love this build
Very well done! You are so creative...the way you used the food stall on the lot, wow! The use of the vending machines...all makes the lot look so realistic :) This hotel fits perfectly in the neighbourhood!
Cafe/ laundry on same lot is a good idea cause they can hang out and work at the coffee shop while waiting for luandry, excited to see what you do with the community lots!
Where I live there’s a LOT of laundromats. One has a tanning salon attached, another has an arcade. Several have a little diner. There’s one that even has a gym directly next to it! They’re usually next to a little strip mall, which could make a pretty fun build ☺️

I don't have the true sims game sadly... just the free play version on an iPad. But I really liked this and you are making me love the game! I'm definitely gonna have to invest in the sims soon. And being a person who loves interior/exterior design and all the little details I really enjoyed this! It was also oddly satisfying! I hope you keep making these videos! They are great!
A modern/rustic spa hotel bar in granite falls would be a cool build with lots of greenery and meditation spaces featuring the gorgeous views, just an idea 😊

In my actual town, the laundromat is also a bar and slots place. But growing up they had pool tables and vending machines. Making me feel extra nostalgic today, I cant wait to see what you build for the laundromat in San Myshuno
Oh my this build is a lot of fun, I loved your idea! I really hope that we get functional hotels in the future tho... This builds reminds me of the good old days, back in sims 2, where we could build our own hotels and where we could visit them and have a great time. Now I'm thinking about different ways to make this lot work lol
I would really love to see a rundown version of this with all the current packs! I live the style and setup and think it'd be a great build to use in a hotel challenge, but it would have to be way more rundown to start with so you could "fix it up" as you played.
This is beautiful and blends in with Del Sol Valley very well, and definatley seems like something Del Sol Valley would have. Also, on the topic, as a community lot, this would be a perfect place for if you're playing a challenge that involves having a homeless sim as a place for your sim to crash.
For a community lot with a laundromat, you could do a two story building with kinda like townhouse style that had a laundromat on the bottom story and a cafe/restaurant on top!

Definitely not always. I've only been to one hotel with microwaves and mini fridges. Its cause they want you to order from their menus
Most motels i've been in just have a table/chairs and put a menu/phone on the table for you
