Thank you, best bearing replacement video I've found! Where can I find a chart that shows what bearings are in a specific hub? In my case I have an Oval Concepts (Truvelo) 724 wheelset and an Oval Concepts (Truvelo) 950 wheelset. Thanks!
I just wanted to see what’s going on with the most basic front wheel set-up; as someone else mentioned, there’s very little showing of what pieces are in this video (there’s even mention of a piece which is entirely obscured by his hand then placed out of shot) - suggests there’s different types of pieces but just cracks on with whatever’s in front of him. I agree, feels like a useless video even if it isn’t; seems like a really nice guy but I’m off to find a better video…
I’d like to make a complaint…even though I paid nothing to see the video and they spent a great deal of time and effort making it for other people’s benefit.
@@kaneda4102 - nah, you can get in the bin: “I browse the internet looking for valid points, trying to invalidate them without a productive challenge or solution, but it makes me feel like a hero” - we can all do that, mate. The videos invites people in then doesn’t deliver, then you rock up trying to be a white night or something; don’t be a melt.
Have you ever attempted this one? Let us know how it went 👇

Do I need a such glorious mustache to carry out this procedure?
What a compliment! Thankfully moustaches are entirely optional, although they can be useful for cleaning the freehub mechanism.

“For install, just reverse the removal”
😂😂
Glad you enjoyed that one haha

What is the code of free hub body.
I have Hunt wheels so therefore I change bearings ridiculously often 😂
What's wrong with your hubs?
What's wrong with your hubs that cause such a short service interval?

Fun is a bit too enthusiastic, but thanks
I'm certainly known for my enthusiasm. I had fun but maybe I'm just weird lol. Thanks for commenting!

No close up shots in this video and strange terms for the tools he uses. 60% useless information.
Stop using crap like Muc Off everywhere prolongs bearing life.
What does muc off have to do with bearings grease?
Bearings wear out if you ride. Not riding prolongs bearing life.
