Those glass things with pointed tips might have something dangerous inside so be careful. Some of the science youtubers i follow sometimes keep their chemicals in stuff like that.
Thank you Jake for doing the right thing and turning in the gun you found to the local police! That is awesome of you, you might have been a huge help to them in catching a criminal!
That fish swam off so darn fast!!! He was crazy!!! Thank you for saving him!!! It's always so sad to me when I am fishing and the line gets snagged like that. Not that I have lost a fish but that I may have condemned it to a slow painful death just like the fish you just found and saved. You rock!!
Yeah, like others have commented those vial may likely contain poisonous, caustic, highly reactive chemicals. As a suggestion, i would look up your local college/university and speak to whoever is in charge of the chemestry departments. See if they can identify it and update us in a video short or make a long video of them going through the process. Sometimes those chemicals will instantly boil off and become gaseous once the vial is cracked. It would be very interesting to see what they have to say. Otherwise i would hit up the local hazmat disposal site and drop them off if they will permit it. Under no circumstances would I open them. Glad to see a new video Jake! Hope you are doing well!
12:31 What makes you think that's water inside those ampules? It could be carbon tetrachloride or any other colorless chemical harmful or benign. Carbon tetrachloride used to be sealed in glass ampules to be used as a fire extinguishing agent. But it is really nasty stuff, readily absorbed through the skin, and a carcinogen. I would advise you to find out more about those and refrain from breaking them.
Hi Jake! I love the return to the classic format of quiet, meditative treasure hunting! This one in particular was full of interesting drama and curious finds, easily one of your best ever videos! Thanks for keeping the river clean and saving small lives ❤
The sealed glass bottles are chemical (most likely) and they are sealed for a reason as they tend to be quite dangerous. I would throw it away by letting a company dealing with "chemicals" handle it :P. However, whatever you do, do NOT break the bottles. Best to wrap it in protective soft stuff to prevent it from actually breaking
There's no way that the liquid in those vials is safe. Definitely take the suggestion to a lab or university for study. That looks seriously dangerous.
OMG JAKE!!! I've been waiting for this since I first watched your last video 3 months ago. I've gone back and watched almost everyone of your videos since!!! Looking forward to many more 💙
Greetings to you. Hello, in the first video, you saw a fish with a fishing hook stuck in its mouth. Thank you very much for helping that fish and removing the fishing hook from its mouth. This may be a natural and simple task. But many of us animal lovers and environmentalists are very happy, thank you for this beautiful and pleasant work🥰
Those sealed glass vials (ampoules) could be anything. Usually you only store chemicals in ampoules like that when they are very volatile, toxic, reactive, or a combination thereof. Be careful if you decide to open one, it may not be water (perhaps deuterated water, but ampoules of that usually come in sizes of 1-2 mL, those look like >10 mL).
Regarding those glass tubes: They used to make these fire extinguisher bulbs like that kind of. I’ve never seen them in that shape, but basically a glass ball full of chemicals that would extinguish a small fire. Not the type of chemicals you want to get on you or breath. I could be wrong about it. But either way I doubt it’s water if it’s sealed shut.
I only just recently saw a video talking about how sealed glass vials like that are used to contain certain highly toxic chemicals for laboratory use or are sometimes kept in science classrooms for educational purposes. If those are still sealed, there is something in there that is very dangerous. Definitely find someone equipped to handle toxic materials. I wish I could remember exactly what video it was I saw about it.
A fantastic view! Appreciate your efforts and quality content you post Jake! Ty for taking us along with you on this adventure! Cheers to continued success, health and happiness! 🤝✌️💫
I miss these videos Jake, I remembered watching your videos was you finding your first pistol and the serial number was scratched off. Can’t wait for more!
Whatever is in those glass ampuels with the pointy tips needs to stay in them do not I repeat DO NOT break them they are used to seal chemicals away from the atmosphere be it air or oxygen or even just to prevent anyone from getting sick or worse
Man, i'm following your videos as i found the one with mortar shells some months ago. Interesting treasures. at 12:30 you mentioned those weird cylinders of glass full of water. I saw something similar when little so i'm unsure if good or not. They were hanged in the study of my paternal uncle, a physicist. sealed glass tubes were filled with liquid gas. it was a measurement tool display, tubes were sealed for good, but dunno what type. I strongly suggest to not break those pieces. if you want to know what's inside (i doubt it's water), take them to a lab. If not, dispose of them. Thanks for your videos, keep it up 👍
Hey nice to see you again am here watching a video with you and Jordan n my TV and see your notification come in n my phone so am watching this video n my phone sml I love your videos always putting a smile on my face ❤❤❤❤❤❤
he STILL lives. been a long time. brandon and tristian hadn't said anything about you, how you were doing, if you were done with YT or returning. been wondering. WB
Missed you bubba, praying all is well with you & Kindle & Treasure!!🐕🙏🥰 You put it all on the map when you started recording hunting for treasure & cleaning up while your at it. Making it better then you found it. Do what you love & not what people think you should do. I can't speak for others but I see you are all heart about what you do. 💖
Your videos are the ones that I first watched on here. Then I fell in love with the videos and found others. But I sure have missed yours I am so glad to see you are back
I noticed that the bag looked rather beat up as well. Don't you just hate it when you discover that you are out of evidence bags when you most need them. LOL
Check the tubes with police and fire department. They look like something that used to be used to stop fires by throwing and letting them douse a fire. Smaller then I’ve seen but maybe?
If that gun is not involved in a crime or stolen you can send it to the company in Florida and they will either fix it or replace it no questions asked
Tries lighting lighter under water. Who do you think you are, Spongebob? 🤣 So cool that you saved a life! Right place at the right time. That fish is lucky that you just happened to come along. 😁
I find it amazing how much you can fit in that container! I enjoy your content and have been following you for a couple of years now. Keep fishing! LOL
The glass containers may have chemical reagents contained, if it is glass, the reagents are probably chemically active, so exercise caution when handling them
hey man take as much time as you need we will still love your content. i hope you are doing grate . i have a little storry for you : 4 months ago i was searching in a big lake in germany and i found a dji mini 2s 4 m down . i just returned it to the original owners 5 weeks ago . if you find a dji drone , next to the batteryport is a print/sticker with thr sereal number of it . go to the dji support and tell them . they will give the owners your information ( if you give them yours ) they responded within 2 days . i hope you reads this ; you inspired me to do the same in all the lakes around me cus of all the trash . this year alone i removed 5kg of trsch in 3 lakes ;) pls keep it up i love your vids soon ill make my own .

@@the_austrian_brick a tip that might help, if you use GoPro look into the hindsight feature. It can save you the pain of combining through footage. When you find something hit record and it will save time before you hit button it’s pretty great!

😆omg 😱Hiiiiiiiiii ❤
Can’t wait for the next video and also welcome back bro🫡💪🏻
Haha joke
Glass ampules are used for dangerous substances so be VERY careful with them.
The liquid could be toxic or corrosive or maybe even both.
Those glass things with pointed tips might have something dangerous inside so be careful. Some of the science youtubers i follow sometimes keep their chemicals in stuff like that.
The legend is back!! Also, it's so nice of you to help that poor fish.
Thank you Jake for doing the right thing and turning in the gun you found to the local police! That is awesome of you, you might have been a huge help to them in catching a criminal!
when ya dont post for a while we get worried about you glad your ok and still around :)
the catfish release was soo cool.
The effort you put into this really shows!
Thanks for helping the environment

Jake great to have you back man, we all need some alone time.

"sombody smokin dope, good lawd" shit has me rolling bro

that is likely not water inside those Ampoules please do not break them without proper chemical protection
Indeed. Some *VERY* dangerous stuff is stored that way. I'd turn it over to a university lab or hazmat specialist.
Those glass ampoules could contain chemicals that are something hazardous/poisonous. Being a clear liquid dose not mean its water.
Yes, I got so nervous seeing him shove all the things together with the tubes. It could very dangerous if it breaks
I agree I worked in a microchip building like Motorola and they told us treat all liquids as if they are dangerous
Every time I’ve seen them they’ve had very dangerous things in them and I had a panic moment when you just threw the container.
OMG JAKE!!! I've been waiting for this since I first watched your last video 3 months ago. I've gone back and watched almost everyone of your videos since!!! Looking forward to many more 💙
So happy to see you again. I’m glad you were able to take the time you needed for yourself. Love to Treasure. I’m sure she has been a comfort.
“Somebody smokin dope, Good Lord” 😂😂
Watching your underwater videos is a kind of therapy.. i find them relaxing lol
I could watch these videos for hours!
So glad to see you back my husband and I were talking about you last weekend. Praying all is going great 🤍
Jake love seeing you back. Mental struggles are real but we can't give into it. As a shirt I have says "Don't let the hard days win"
Greetings to you. Hello, in the first video, you saw a fish with a fishing hook stuck in its mouth. Thank you very much for helping that fish and removing the fishing hook from its mouth. I really miss your videos but I understand taking time off. Good to see you and Kendall are still together. Hope to see more videos.
Lol...me thinks everyone has missed you Jake, WELCOME BACK😂😂😂
YOUR SO NICE!!! Thank you for saving the fish.😊
Thank you for saving the fishie!! I’m sure he was relieved to be rid of that hook ♥️
The fish say thank you for saying my life😅
Good to have you back Jake. Hope you’re doing well.
13:40 "Do you think it's a potential murder weapon?". Every gun is a potential murder weapon. LOL
Meaning do you think it's been used.
"Good lord somebody smoke in dope!" LMAO i haven't heard it called dope since i was 10 😂😂😂
When I was editing I thought I'd leave that clip in lol
I am so glad to see your doing well!
Jake, I’m so glad you posted again! If you need to take time off for yourself do it!

I just commented the same. I couldn't think of the name. Thank you! You nailed it. Them could be nasty!!
He's baaaaaack

he would be lucky if thats all they were, chemicals that react violently to moisture are sometimes transported like that
It's always great to see you posting again 👍👍👍👍
So many soft plastic fishing lures, thank you for the clean up! Cool gun, found only replicas myself so far. 🏴
Nice one jake, mother nature will always look after you 🙏💯
The glass tubes probably have chemicals in them.... Don't open in a confined space... I would take them to a chemist.
So glad to see you. Always miss you. You okay, you don’t seem like yourself.
thanks for saving that catfish, that was so sweet
that screen thingy looked like it was straight out of Bioshock xD the bottle is one of my fave finds, def looking cool.
The two glass cylinders are flame-sealed, which could mean that there are chemicals inside. I would be very sceptical.
Im ngl the catfish looked freaked but then when he realized you were here to help chilled out after you grabbed him.
i love this guys so humble and good person from morocco

I love how there's always a bunch of awesome things even after a couple months 😂
I was., who this? Then i watched. Glad to have you back my brother. Gun meh, you saved mr fish. 😅
Them glass vials are prob dangerous as hell thats why they are sealed in glass like that, DONT BUST THEM OPEN
7:24 bro forgot the other lure there 😢
Good to see ya back! Have those vials checked at your local university.
Whatever is in those glass ampuels with the pointy tips needs to stay in them do not I repeat DO NOT break them they are used to seal chemicals away from the atmosphere be it air or oxygen or even just to prevent anyone from getting sick or worse
I love your videos and you almost always find at least one golf ball. Keep on doing what you’re doing and great job cleaning up the waterways!
That’s very true haha and thank you!
Those glass ampules are usually used to store harmful liquids.
I was thinking the same thing. I’ve ever seen them with mercury in them.
*only ever

Those glass things likely have hazardous chemicals in them or at least highly reactive ones if they’re sealed like that
@9:41 - my favorite find! Those are a nice pair.
Hey nice to see you again am here watching a video with you and Jordan n my TV and see your notification come in n my phone so am watching this video n my phone sml I love your videos always putting a smile on my face ❤❤❤❤❤❤

Doing good! I've been diving a lot and bought a new property in Florida for a new series I'm starting soon. I'm very excited about that project
Sweet more diving videos! Florida stays warm! Now it’s all go time lol. With time to relax and unwind of course
Nice to see you back at it....river is beautiful when clean
Omg I’ve never seen you come across a live fish caught on a hook underwater! Haha that was great 😃
Honestly it makes sense it would be a murder weapon... its Columbus Ga
Those 2 glass ampoules are used to store chemicals. They could be highly toxic or even deadly.
Missed you bubba, praying all is well with you & Kindle & Treasure!!🐕🙏🥰

nice to have you back i missed ya.

Haha
Great to see a new video. It looked like the cop put the gun in his used lunch bag 😂
I noticed that the bag looked rather beat up as well. Don't you just hate it when you discover that you are out of evidence bags when you most need them. LOL
The “evertight” piece is a cam-lock fitting handle
Check the tubes with police and fire department. They look like something that used to be used to stop fires by throwing and letting them douse a fire. Smaller then I’ve seen but maybe?
Careful with them sealed vials. Could have harmful substances in them. Definitely safely discard them.

Ампулы тоже показались опасными. Береги себя Джейк.
Акуратнее с неизвестными тебе предметами.
Another great Video Jake. Some of those lures looked like they alive or moving...lol
Happy to see you again ❤

You're really doing AI thumbnails now?
those tubs there, send them to a chemist or chemical lab. as if it is dangerous let them handle it
Oh my god you’re still alive.
Those are legit fabric cutting scissors, if you contact that brand they’ll more than likely sharpen them free.
Always always enjoy a good classic scuba diving video with Jake the almighty himself.
Mate, I love what you do and the content you create, but taking a sponsor from a company that’s well known as scummy and the ai thumbnail is not it.
