  • On a cold day like these days, I think of warm steamed buns.
    Add vegetables to make chewy and delicious vegetable steamed buns.
    Ingredients: Cup standard (200ml paper cup)
    1 cup of warm water (200ml), 2.5 cups of flour (gravity flour) (500ml, 300g)
    2 tablespoons of sugar (2T), 1/2 teaspoon of salt (1/2t), 2 teaspoons of yeast (2t)
    2 tablespoons of cooking oil (2T), 1 teaspoon of baking powder (1t)
    Vegetables: carrots, green onions, leeks (all vegetables are acceptable)

    야채에 따라 수분 함량이 달라서
    반죽이 질어지면 꼭 덧 밀가루를
    바르면서 반죽 성형(모양)을 잡아주세요.
    야채와덧가루에 따라 소금양도 조금 더 넣으셔도 좋아요(조절)
    야채는 넉넉히 넣는게 더 맛있어요^^

    예전에 다니던 동물병원 옆에 영양찐빵이라고 만들어서 팔았는데 이렇게 반죽에 당침콩을 넣어서 파는게 있어서 맛있게 먹었었거든요 근데 얼마 안 가 문을 닫아서 먹을수가 없어서 만들어보려는데 반죽 자체에 뭔가 넣는 찐빵들이 없어서 여기까지 찾아오게 되었습니다 참고 해서 만들고 야채도 넣어서 만들어 먹어보겠습니다 먹음직스러워 보여요😊

    중간발효나2차발효는안해도되는거에요?

      저는 안했지만
      한 20분 정도 중간발효 하셔도 좋아요.
      소량의 베이킹파우더가
      잘 부풀게 해주는 역할을 하기 때문에
      중간발효 없이도 충분히 찐빵 맛이나고
      쫀득하더라구요.
      반죽도 손목 힘들지 않게 많이 치대지 않고
      설렁설렁 하시면 됩니다.
      항상 최대한 쉬운요리를 하려고 노력중이에요.^^
