I would like to point out the fact that this man is alone. Alone as in he is the only person in the entire video, including the "person" pushing at his face. The hands pushing his face around are his own, crossed at the elbow, just out of view of the camera because if they were not crossed, his thumbs would be outwards. He not only has the ability and patience for this, but the flexibility too
