Ive been binge watching these videos for a few days and everyone is super wholesome. Trainers are supportive, members are friendly and everyone just wants to see everyone else come up.
My favorite is after you leave and people just question everything they thing they knew. Don't judge a book.

@@yagirlcheetos9838 if you are a body builder, spend many years , work out hard and control the food seriously , one day a weak cleaner did something very easily in front of you and record the video then post online shows to all the world on purpose , the unspoken word is “ see , what these big guys did in many years is meaningless ”, do you still think it’s still harmless ? They are big guys , strong and powerful, but it doesn’t mean they have a strong heart to accept this kind truth .

I love to see the change in personality of the really big guys. Normally in the beginning they’re a little mad you barged in on their workout but afterwards they let you finish your cleaning
Its due to respect after they see what he can do and they after all these years still can't
you cant blame them. They could be busy so they want to finish their sets w/o interruption. Edit: Also it can also be because after a hard exercise they look exhausted and yall mistake it as annoyance.

i dont see any ego in the video, people telling him dont do things are usually doing it because they think he will genuinely injure himself. most gym people are friendly and good people
well they are respecting him from start but the thing is if u lift too heavy as a begginer (which anatoly said he was to the people) you can get seriously injured so they tell him to back up before hurting himself

Just working my way backwards through your videos. Great entertainment and inspires me to push myself more in my workouts. Have lifted off and on for years but never stuck with it. So, while watching your videos I also lift. I like the idea that your strength is not so obvious as these massive body builders. Show you don't have to have extreme bulk to be strong and healthy.
