I'm sure if he, or an actual cleaner, approached her when she actually finished a set, it would've resulted in a friendlier attitude.

Do a little research on fast-twitch and slow-twitch fiber muscles, if you want to be big you train slow-twitch but if you wanna be strong you train fast-twitch muscles. You can do a little research on how to target fast-twitch fiber muscles
