Capitola is such a beautiful village in Santa Cruz County.
This is so sad.
I live up the mountain in Boulder Creek. I cannot get home due to roads being wiped away.
This has been a giant, destructive storm.

We have been asking for the country AND state to replace that pier for almost 10 yrs! All they do is send surveyors and do quick fixes. Now they have to do something.
