Ferro Rod: FILE a 90 degree EDGE

Your Ferrocerium Rod is a powerful instrument. It works best by being scraped by a tool that has a nice sharp 90 degree edge filed on to it. Here's how i do it with to a MORA Basic knife and a BACHO Laplander saw. I use a tree stump or round as a work station and a metal file. You'll instantly see the results when you shower down hot sparks after the filing.

I’ve used BAYITE 6x1/2 inch for last 8 years. That’s how old the one in video is. Great price. Beautiful 🔥
