You have to try shakshouka, it is a Middle Eastern dish, eggs cooked in a mix of tomatoes and bell peppers. It can be cooked also with eggplant or/feta. It is really good.

The pronunciation of paella was unique, I've never heard it that way! In Spanish, it's pronounced "pa-eya" because the double L is pronounced like a Y
