      I try to prep a little ahead. I find that if i have things in the frig ready to munch on, then i do better

    I would like to be more consistent with my sleep schedule to achieve a healthier sleeping pattern. I also would like to be more consistent in walking daily. These would be my first two goals this next month. I think in the past that journaling has helped me to get back on track. Great video. Glad you are feeling better.
