Mam in section 25 (F) notice period to inform is 1 month and in section 25(N ) notice period is 3 months and wages has to give asper period of notice so mama I confused please help to clear confusion my self sanskriti and your explanation is tooo good mam i am student of llb
Beta it depends upon the section in which establishment falls.....isliye jo section establoshment ke upar impose kiya jaega....usi ke accordingly notice ka time period depend karega

60 days notice to be given by undertaking to govt for closing its est not 90 days
