Hey, this is an excellent demo! I’m just curious did you actually have to purchase an experience site license and agent force licenses to put the demo together? I’ve been trying to learn more about agent force, and so far all I’ve been able to do is create trailhead dev orgs. I really want to tease out some of the feature capabilities and put together some POC‘s, but I feel like we’re at the mercy of existing demos on TH-cam and what trailhead offers because the trailhead orgs kick you off after 24 hours.
