in the manga, there was no mention of zeno or silva's en radius. this was a misinterpretation by the 1999 anime. it is not radius they are talking about, but that silva suggested that zeno might tire himself out if they covered the whole area of the building walking from top floor to basement with en turned on. and silva said he can walk twice that area with en turned on if he really needed to.
this is why in the manga and 2011 anime it doesnt show them deploying en in a circle. but just turning it on while starting to walk from top floor to basement.

@@lebinski possibly, but as later arcs have no doubt shown you, it is not humanly possible to deploy en in a radius of kilometers (and maintain that distance of projection for a fairly long duration), emphasis on human. as nobunaga said, it's an advanced application of ten and ren, which requires stretching and dispersing aura like a radar field. it will be very taxing for human nen users to disperse aura in such wide distances.
indoor fish basically turns an enclosed room into a fish tank and only gets dispelled when the room is unsealed. i think the victim doesnt die or feel pain until the indoor fish is dispelled because as long as the room is sealed, the body parts of the victim are still there and so their aura is also trapped inside, because unlike real fish the nen fish wouldnt really digest ingested body parts.
chrollo made the requiem for uvo because he believes that after such a tribute of grand chaos, uvo's soul will be at peace and not become a wandering ghost. as the prophecy mentions: november moon rises peacefully. the troupe doesnt really go into open warfare like that, because they are a phantom troupe. but on this rare night, chrollo added a rare exception and told them to go wild, because it is what uvo would have wanted, because uvo liked direct fighting and chaos and showmanship.
that owl cloth is actually very dangerous in the hands of someone who is using it to kill. because it minimizes opponents into action figure size and make them very vulnerable to get stomped to death while inside the cloth, no matter how strong they are. but ofc chrollo was actually not fighting to kill here and so his use of it is only defensive.

Silva's design is based on David Bowie from Lanyrinthe. He's less bulky in the manga, so it's noticeable there.
