For prospective buyers, we would like to highlight some things that they should be aware of:
    1) Innocent and concerned citizens and homeowners are trying to get more action on this project. Most of them fear for their safety and wellbeing and are afraid to speak up.
    2) There are currently only 3 units for sale of the 8. Why? It is highly speculated that the owner of the land and architect are keeping a few for themselves as commissions for the project. So don’t buy the “3 units left” messaging.
    3) The development is dangerously close to the water. Any hurricane that comes will undoubtably flood the bottom units and garage that will sit behind the bottom three units.
    4) The congestion is going to be out of control. This is a one lane steep road and can barely accommodate the number of cars that it does currently - let alone, potentially 24 additional ones.
    5) This area is a subdivided portion of land in the Misiones area that was subdivided for the construction of single-family, two-story homes.
    6) None of the neighbors whose properties will be gravely impacted have had the opportunity to speak with the owner of the project even though attempts by the owners to communicate and request a meeting with the owner/developer have been made.
    7) Properties that are only feet away will be gravely impacted by the construction of this project. For many of the owners of these single family homes, their home values will plummet as a result.
    8) There are multiple pending lawsuits against The Shores. Per the primary agent’s Google review, the lawsuits are “frivolous”. Lawsuits against the development where other surrounding owners’ properties are gravely impacted should NOT be minimized. The agent should be ashamed.
    9) The project continues to get shut down for not having the proper permits among other violations. In fact, a gate was erected when the developer and the construction crew continued to work through one of the recent closures.
    10) The marketing boasts that the world renowned Mona Lisa, which is right next door, can provide in house catering. This is not unique selling feature as the Mona Lisa is able to deliver to anyone in the area. What is imperative that potential owners know is the sewage smell is pervasive for this small area given that The Mona Lisa does not have the septic system needed to accommodate the number of busloads of tourists that come to the venue.
