Banishing Bags: How to Prevent and Reduce Eye Bags At Home!

Today I'm demonstrating an effective home treatment for reducing eye bags and puffiness! I explain the difference between temporary eye puffiness caused by factors like lack of sleep, sodium intake, or hydration, and the more stubborn eye bags caused by fatty deposits under the eyes. I discuss how eye patches have been remarkably effective for me in preventing morning puffiness by restricting fluid buildup overnight. I'm also offering guidance on at-home tools like radio frequency devices, chemical peels, as well as in-office treatments like Thermage that target eye bag improvement.

Great video. I suffered for many years of puffiness on the inner corner of my eyes, slightly above the inner corner, and it is from allergies and stress. As I age, I noticed cutting back on salt helped, but I developed partial eye bag on one eye, under the outer corner. It started from twitching that I couldn’t get it to stop, then that spot turned out to be eye bag.
I decided to buy radio frequency from Tripollar. My next purchase will be for the eye area, but this purchase won’t happen for a few months. I am super impressed, and it works for my full face shape. I don’t naturally have the “V” look on my face, but I look more snatched. I seriously considered other brands, but I didn’t like the idea to purchase a mask to map out the stamping method of radio frequency and taking the time to lay it on my face. Usually those masks are too large for the size of my face.
I have Nuface but I’m not enjoying to use it because the gel seems to be too irritating. I’ve owned it for a few years. I may have to consider another brand where the gel doesn’t irritate my skin. Sometimes, it doesn’t irritate my skin.
My career involves dealing/avoiding the media on comments, speaking to large groups of people (used to be a teacher), and I feel it is always important to look good all the time.

I've had e-matrix a type of radiofrequency provided by my oculoplastic surgeon's office for under my eyes and it definitely increased collagen in that area as well as Sculptra injected in the tear trough. It has helped but not eliminated my dark tear troughs. They're very stubborn. I think my dark tear troughs are mostly due to fat loss in the tear trough which before I lost the fat there created an opaque barrier between my skin and under lying dark vasculature. I think my best hope is filler.

This video couldn't have come at a more perfect time! I've just started noticing the mid cheek line and I wasn't sure what it was! I just started radio frequency early April with the Tripolar Stop X (rf only device) I'm not sure if I can use this on that area but I have been since it has the sensor to let you know when the skin is heated enough.
