Does anyone know how to properly dispose of old electronics? Like old tablets??
I need the answer to this as well!! I have so many piling up & don’t know what to do with them! 🥴
In my locale, the waste management structure has an agreement with a private provider who picks up the electronics at a pre-arranged day and address. They will take it away, strip out certain components, and recycle the part that is left. Customers are advised to remove and destroy their hard-drives beforehand if they are worried about privacy issues or they can be left in the device. We call our waste company and they take the info. and answer questions. Also- some computer repair stores will take donated items (for spare parts?) as well as schools, depending upon the condition and age. This has worked pretty well. JUst FYI.
In my country (Turkey 🇹🇷), municipalities collect old, broken, waste electronic items for recycling.
My local Staples does.
I took mine to the local best buy or see if your electronics store will refurbish and give them to veterans so they can contact there families
If you declutter sheets and blankets and towels in the future, the animal shelters could use them. I just made a drop to one last week. They were so grateful! Great video Ashley!

Ashley maybe vacum seal most of her stuffed animals and keep only a few on her bed and when she gets tired of the ones on her bed then trade them out with a few in the vacum sealed bag.its just a suggestion.ive been there and it helped me.
I do so look forward to spending time with you as you post on TH-cam- thank you for doing this so regularly as I would miss it. I find I start to think of what I can do along the lines of what you are showing and I truly listen to the ideas and evaluative statements you share. Appreciate having this input as seldom do I find someone in daily life who wants to talk about these things with me and who would tell me what she has experienced and what has worked or not for her. I watch a little and then stop to do a task or two... i come back, watch some more and then stop to do something else. Repeat until my priority tasks are completed and I reward myself with a cuppa and watch the end of your video. It is good for me to spend time this way and I get quite ab it done! Keep going, Ashley! You are inspiring company! 💫

I’m not like most people. I like thinner towels, not the huge plush ones. Just this week I bought towels online from Macys. Bath towers were $2.78 each and matching wash cloths were $1.

Great motivation. The towels can be donated to an animal shelter or your vet. Could you put the toilet paper on top of the cabinet in the closet? May not look as nice, but the kids could reach it. I need to clean out some closets to make them more useful.

Ashley after you got done decluttering you were actually glowing it feels so to get rid of unnecessary things I'm currently decluttering my apartment I'm only keeping what I use as for seasonal things there are some things that u use according to the seasons examples are heavy blankets you use them in the winter and store them all away in the summer

Great video!!! I loaded up my dishwasher and then washed what wouldn’t fit by hand while I was watching. I have been in such a motivated mood since the new year hit. And it’s true, once you get started you just want to keep going.
A Great motivating, decluttering & organizing video, I needed this today I got 4 closets decluttered & organize them. WOW didn’t realize how much crap was in there, haven’t used it, or missed it in 3 months so goodbye to the stuff. Thank you for a great motivating video. Have a Wonderful week
I personally had the same problem with blankets. I kept one extra bet sets for everyone, in their room in a basket in their closet. And enough throw blankets to fill a basket in the living room and one for all their beds!
It’s also nice, when their bedding needs to be washed. I switch them out right away so I don’t have to stress about putting them in the washer right away lol

I always by my towels from big lots The broy hill brand has great quality towels.
If you had the room in your garage you could make an area next to your door to the laundry room and store all your vacuum and mops out there. I have seen another TH-camr do that and it looks really good, everything is organized, easy to reach, and all together.
Awesome video. I go to kohls every few months and usually when I go they have the Sonoma brand hand towels bath towels and bath sheets super marked down. In November I got bath towels for $4.99 a piece there, and $1.99 hand towels. I think the huge bath sheets were 8.99. I thought those were great deals. They are fairly large towels and they are of great quality and are super soft!

Ashley I had your video on and I had so much energy, I cleaned my master bedroom top to bottom. I cleaned our guest bedroom, and now I am working in my living room lol. I am also getting rid of things that have been just sitting for a decision. I made it today. Great motivation

I find towels at Walmart- honestly I don’t love super large thick towels so it’s definitely a preference thing! Their towels are pretty inexpensive and great for kids because they aren’t huge!
Also If your towels get gross and dingy and stale feeling- toss the towels in the washing machine with just vinegar and then run an extra hot rinse. They will come out soooooooo clean and soft.

Get a bean bag for the stuffed animals. Keeps them contained and gives her a seat. Amazon sell them x

Put a roll of each on the top of the dresser so they have access to what’s necessary
Have an idea for your daughters room for her stuffed animals. You can buy a bean bag encasement and they can all go in it and it would be fun to sit on.
I buy towels at Bed Bath and Beyond when they have towels on sale and use my 20 percent off coupons. I purchased a set in 2016 and they are still going strong.
I buy my towels from JCPenney's when they have them on sale for Black Friday and I use their coupons they have online at that time...& if you have the JCP credit card you save even more for using it...That's the best deal I have found so far for quality towels!
I have made a pass in my house, but you are inspiring me to get rid of more!!! Everything looks so good!!!! It just does something to my soul to have less stuff!!! Truly, less is more!!!
Yoda really wanted in on this declutter...soooo cute!! You could always leave some toilet rolls and kitchen rolls out on top of that unit so the kids can get to them...if you take them out of the wrappers they look so much better 👍🏻

I got some vacuum seal bags from Amazon to put the extra linens in and it saves soo much space. You could probably fit all that in one of your tote bags if you vacuum seal them b4 storing it. For one bathroom i got all my towels/wash cloths on black Friday sale and for the other one i would buy 2 towels/washcloths a month from Sam's Club (they kept same ones in-stock all year) so now i have all matching nice towels and washcloths. In the last five years my aunt,god mother,and this Christmas Eve my dad past away in his sleep at seventy eight years old.I have alot of their things and that is my weakness,I know most of it will just stay packed up but I can't let it go 😢. Thanks for sharing with us 🤗❤️.

You were talking about towels, and where to shop. I think you’re on the right track. We have a store called Beall’s, and then there’s a Beall’s outlet. Idk if u have that where u live. Other than the stores where you shop, you could also look for Clearance sales in the bigger department stores:) hope this helps! 🧹🧽🧼🏡

You asked about where there may be deals on towels.... I check each year, after Christmas. for deals on Macy's website! Have had a pretty good experience this way with deep price cuts. The caveat is that these are often last chance-type items and cannot be returned. However, I have had no issues with needing returns so I am happy with what I ordered and received. May not be for everyone, but it has been nice for me for several years now. Just in case... FYI.💻

Ashley me and my grandchildren are being kicked out of our home and as I'm packing I'm trashing things giving things away on market place and selling so much .so I'm not taking so much with us.i didn't know I had so much stuff I didn't need until I had to do it.closets look good.

I decluttered last winter to empty our storage unit, then decluttered again. Its great we aren’t paying monthly for the unit, but i now have too much to fit in this house.
Look at you go! The closets look so good! Have you thought about those command hook things for brooms and mops to hang them on the wall or door and get them off the floor, opening up more space? Can't wait to see your next one!

Hey Ashley, two of my four kids have way too many stuffys as well. I bought the bean bag covers for stuffed animals and blankets, they are amazing!!
You could buy one of those bean bag things that you put stuffed animals into and zip up so they can have their stuffed animals but they are stored away and they can use it as a sitting spot.

What works in my house is one extra bed set for each person and 2 bath towels and 2 washcloths per person now with blankets I don’t have a limit unfortunately lol it’s hard
