Chill, bassy Sonic music is an underutilized combination. Far and away, this is my favorite from Chaotix. I'll be waiting for a Bruno Mars cover of this...
Automatically my new favorite video. That Channel 0 bass sounds like a close cousin to Marble Garden! Edit: If you could do either 3: Take Off, Mechanical Dance, or Tachy Touch, I'd love oscilloscopes of those!
@@spcnewmexico The problem with doing instrument samples over DAC/PWM is that it takes more computational work to pitch the samples. The problem with using both DAC and PWM for drum sounds is that you drop a channel that is often more important, beyond the fact that playing multiple drums on one channel is already difficult (which they are doing with the PWM channel); doing it on multiple channels in sync with each other would be incredibly burdensome for limited gain, as they'd be playing the same sound with different levels of quality; in other words, you may as well just use one unless you have a very, very good reason to not.
I'd love to hear seascape like this
It’s up now
Never heard this one before, was a real treat to hear it build up for the first time
Kirby? why you look different?
One of the best sonic songs imo

I'd love to listen to this at midnight.

Pretty realistic organ. Nice job Yamaha chips, and the patch's creator.

Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay, one of mi favorite songs of knuckles chaotix deconstructed
Im impressed how they managed to emulate a slow hammond organ using just the Mega Drive FM channels
8:03 feelsgoodman
I’m loving this channel. Thanks again for all your hard work.
Oooh, nice! A Knuckles Chaotix deconstruction.
That beat knocks..
PWM is interesting considering that it’s using a Compressed but Real Drumset at 4:30
RIP DAC
and doesn't take a fm channel away.
😂
this has a lot of f*cking channels
Tell me about it
But it’s only five
The PWN part is so catchy!
PWM*
New Jack Swing ( ? )

Evening star next? 👀

I really like what's going on at 1:15
that we make my earphones
Awesome
A pwm is basically a dac But it sounds recorded
Can you do green hill zone karaoke?
Can you do tachy touch?
:D
YAAAYYY
couldn't they have used PWM in conjunction with DAC?
They dropped DAC so they could have Channel 5
@@rayredondo8160 Yeah, I know but couldn't they use them together for better drums or pcm based instruments
@@mrhappygamingsvancara ... No, because then they wouldn't have Channel 5.
I think they could've used pwm with dac to make better drums or use dac or pcm for instrument samples and they could've just dropped channel 5
