Every thing looks fantastic but, while I understand why they use side slit buns for steaming, I am a die hard Yankee and I think they should use top cut hotdog buns and grill them instead .
yeah im easy to please and these dogs are nothing special it can be made at home 10x better go down the street from this place to venturas meat market get there coney island meat sauce and a beef hot dog and toast the bun at home with some chopped onion and mustard, you got one 10x better then at faneeks at it takes barely any effort.

sorry to say they didnt invent any of these so called "portugese" meals lol adding lingucia or chorico dont make it Portuguese lmao btw my dad been makeing lingucia chorico or sausage chomein sands since 1944 so .. no they didnt invent these dishes.. they jus named them..
