[Narrator] There was worse to come. Before his Driver could checked him, his wheels slipped fiercely. 6:27 With a shrieking crack, something broke, and battered his frame and splasher up and out of shape. The worried passengers stood around as the crew inspected the damage. 6:42 Repairs took some time.
Driver: One of your crank pins broke, Edward. So we've taken your side rods out. 6:48 Now you're a single, like an old fashioned engine. Do you think you can get these people home on one axle? They must be back tonight.
Edward: I'll try, sir.
[train chugging]
[Narrator] Edward puffed and pulled his hardest.

[Narrator] But his wheels kept slipping and he could not start the train. (Edward: Ohh...) The passengers were getting anxious.
Driver: Looks like we may have to give up this rate, old boy, and send another engine.
Edward: No... not happening. I took this train out and I'm getting it home. The passengers are relying on me.
Driver: Very well. Hm. I have an idea. Okay, Edward. Let us try one more thing.
[Narrator] Driver, Fireman and Guard went along the train making adjustments between the coaches.
Driver: Alright. We've loosened the coaches couplings, Edward. Now you should be able to pick them up one by one, just as you do with trucks.
8:03 Edward: Ohh... that should be easier.
[Narrator] With everyone back on board, they were ready. The driver carefully opened the regulator.
8:14 Edward: Okay, let's do this. 8:17 Come on. Come on. Come on! [grumbles]
Driver: Steady, old boy, don't give up.

Driver: Steady now.
[Narrator] The passengers were thrilled too, most leaned their heads out of the windows, they waved and shouted, cheering Edward on.

How do you make an engine wheelslip in BTWF and how did you do the lighting for the nighttime scenes?
I attached a flatbed to the back of the train and anchored it, turned on wheelslip and there you go! For the second question, I had admin so I did the ;time command
