The Cardinals of 1974 and 75 had their window before it closed real quick after 1976 and firing Don Coryell the stupidest move the Cardinals would regret to make.

Love the highlights. But who the heck is transcribing the audio to captions? OMG, hilarious!

My favorite Bill ever Dennis Shaw was banned from Buffalo by Lou Saban for some reason and sent to St Louis where Jim Hart never missed a snap! He was never given a chance playing behind a great QB like Hart and back then QB's took every snap they could! But he was reunited with Coach Coryell for 2 years. That was the last NFL saw of him and he fully disappeared after his release.

Since the Cardinals won the 1974 NFC East would they have hosted the game against Los Angeles had they played them in the NFC CHAMPIONSHIP

Sadly, it'll never happen, Gary. St. Louis is a two-time loser, having let two - TWO! - NFL franchises slip away. Not that it gives me any pleasure to say so.

Joe Leicht st. Louis only let one team go away the Cardinals. The other was stolen but we stole that team so I guess it’s even.

@@davidsuarez3003 not stolen. They left voluntarily two times. The Rams left for the second-biggest media market in the Western Hemisphere. Anyone who knows math would do the same.

Trust me, you're better off without them. Eight games at a huge taxpayer subsidy for a stadium is just not worth it. I live between San Francisco and Oakland which have lost one team (to Santa Clara) and the other will leave next year (to Las Vegas). Both cities and mine will survive, hell, we'll thrive without them. We spent hundreds of millions to upgrade the Oakland/Alameda Coliseum to seduce the Raiders back to Oakland, and it has been nothing but a burden to taxpayers. Please leave, Raiders.
This is from a pure financial perspective. St.Louis has too many other priorities to give some rich white guy a billion dollars for an NFL franchise. I lived in St. Louis for 20 years (St. Louis U. High grad, 1982). Half my family still likes there. I go back once in a while, twice this year.
