The national security commission should not be distracted by nonsense narrative of China instead concentrate on strategy to construct a permanent structure in Ayungin shoal and put up a naval base and land base missile defence which is habitable to the arm forces of the Philippines. If the construction started then slowly develop it. It will be habitable for the arm forces of the Philippines in which resupply mission is not a problem anymore.
If joint patrol can secure the construction materials then it's a good strategy.
If they have no signed legal documents signed by both the Chinese government and the Philippines government then this claim by China has no legal claim to Philippines teratory
