Maresca has been a brilliant appointment - brought stability to the team and a clear style of play - also been ruthless in his selection and not afraid to call out each and every player in the right way to improve them. Lots of players delaying free kicks but as the games aren't televised in the UK the yellow cards aren't given, but televised games the card is given.

But production-wise relative to his wages I think it’s best the club move in that direction with Raheem and back the mgr if he doesn’t want to start someone just because they make 325k/wk. I’m thankful to Sterling for his time at Chelsea but he’s never been the player for us that he’s been in the past and with him aging up, it’s important players in his position understand that if they underperform, the faith the club put in them with the wages is irrelevant. I’d rather have Sancho or Neto for that matter on the left instead of Raheem, especially considering his wages nearly pay both of theirs and Sancho is willing to take a cut to get off utds books and become a full time Chelsea player

Any of our players have the potential to be amazing. But they need a run of games. Colwill was bang average for us until Maresca came in and finally allowing him to be the CB sweeper. Same with Badi, looked horrible but is getting a consistent run of games now and is looking the best CB in our B team. My point is, Tosin with a run of games will be brilliant. We only have 2 aggressive CB’s in Fofana and Veiga.
