Thanks for this video. I have the same unit and threw away the instructions long ago. I plugged it in outside on a portable power to check for a leak. It kept flashing the "state -" and i wasn't sure if that was normal. You let me know i just had to be patient for a few mins. No leak. I used a lighter to show my son it does detect gas too 🥳🎉. Went straight to 9 and started beeping when i shoved a lighter near the hole
