Okay waaaaaaait a second before you jump in and sign up for FBA ... If you are a bignner you don't need to sign up for FBA. What FBA mean is "Fullfillment By Amazon" which means that you send your product to amazon warehouse and they charge you money for storing it, packaging it, and to ship it, they even handle return and replacement. BUT if you're a beginner and trying to start a small business I sugesst you do all that work by yourself such as packaging and shipping, etc... this way you'll be more familiar with the numbers and the process, then I would only expand to FBA after 1 or 2 years when I know which of my products sells the most. If you sign up for FBA for a product that you sell one item per week you'll end up loosing money. Sign up for FBA for product that you sell at least 10 units per week on average. I've been selling on amazon for over 7 years now.

By I am still confused that what shall I start with, FBA or Drop-shipping. To be honest, the fear factor is the show stopper in my case. Hope will come over soon to it.

Amazon checks your storage at the end of every month and charges you. So if you sold all the units then you are not charged for anything. The storage fees have been updated to 2AED/per month per cubic foot
See you will be charged minimum 3 aed for sure for any product as a referal fees ... And all categories has a range of commision which amazon take vary between 4 to 15 percent . Next you will be charged 2.08 aed per parcel as a shipping charges as amazon collect 10 aed from customer and 2.08 aed from merchant . This are the 2 charges which will be charged to u in FBM ...
You can find the shipping cost in your amazon sellers central and you have the ability to pay to and offer free delivery or make the customer pay it in total
