Don't know. Best bet would be to go on Sebastien's website if he has one

He’s not playing a Mateos, but there are Mateos guitars with a similar kind of pick-up: geronimomateos.com/ingles/Accesories/index.html
That said, the sound we’re hearing in the video is from a mic and not the pick-up. You can see the input jack doesn’t have a cord plugged into it.
