I have one that looks just like that, which I bought around 1973. After I added their "intermount" adapter and a Weaver 4X scope, I got groups you would not believe. It took me some time to learn how to shoot properly, but a good air rifle cannot be beat as a training tool for marksmanship.
That's awesome! Yes I added an intermount aswell and an old x4 scope and got really good groups with it. I have a video on this gun scoped. Air rifles are a great training tool for marksmanship when guns and ammo is expensive
@@outdoorplinking1119 Three pumps, concentrate on my breathing, and I could get five rounds in one hole at 40 feet (still have the rife, just haven't shot it in a while).
Hey there! Wow never thought one of my airgun idols i watch on TH-cam would comment or veiw my video! Love your content nibs! There is a serial number on the left side of the receiver. When i get home i can tell you what it is and maybe you can tell me the year
So there should be 4 numbers and 1 letter. The 4 digits are the year it was made only backwards and the letter is the month it was made. My blue streak was made in 1970. Do recall the month off the top of my head. I appreciate the kind words and that you like my channel.
@@WalnutandSteel so on the left side of my blue streak there is numbers in front of the "Blue Streak" it reads 153813 and on the left side of the pellet port it is stamped F those are the only numbers on the sheridan

Really nice! 🙂👍
Thank you!
Great air rifle would love to have one do a velocity test on it and make another video
I have a chronograhp. I plan on doing that test with this gun soon!
do you know what year it was made? might be a date code on the receiver left side, below the pellet port.
