I think she's pretty good. She's great at kiting back as well as playing aggro. Just by playing the role of adc in a team fight (staying alive, kiting back, and spreading out damage), she sets up her feathers to deal massive damage to everyone. She can chunk the entire team for a good portion of their health in an instant while still being slippery without sacrificing dps
