The reason why Statikk could proc on towers is because of Rapid Firecannon. When you have both, you get the best parts of them. As in, you get the damage of the one who deals the most damage (usually Statikk), you get the lightning chain, you get the bonus range and 25% faster energizing from Rapid (it works for Statikk), etc.
Basically, the best parts of them stack, but some parts, like damage, doesn't stack. It's still pretty damn good though.

AJKeio QTpie is not a common man. He is a GOD.
all you wanna do with draven is doing dmg. with dorans shield you loose 8-10 ad of blade/long sword. that can stack up pretty high of lost dmg on draven. plus you already get tanky with dd and/or bt and/or scimitars.

Gabriel Meurer You miss the E you are dead. It depends how good are you with the champion, Some players max Q E and then W. Other one E W and then Q its depends how you play her xD
It doesnt depend on how you play her. If you can play that Champ always max E if you can hit it, if you cant hit it then dont play that champ because then she is below average.

when u activate ult,you can use any ability so if you E someone and it passes through a enemy you will charm them,same with W so use ult before W to guarantee knock up
actualy most people go thunderlords or coc. and the most max w i think but q max is ok too now. and many pros go now frost isntead of coin, i dunno if this works all time and every elo too.
In this game he played windspeakers but he then tried thunderlord the same day. He prioritized R->E->Q->W and he starts W then E then Q respectively at lvl 1,2 and 3. Runes tanky, red armor flat, yellow HP scalling, blue, MR scaling, 3 MR quints flat.
My tip would be to play it only in normal games. It takes an incredible amount of skill to make it even valuable for the team. The champ is really fun but can't do shit except with his ult on. I love it but there is no place for him, he gets bullied in lane and a single mistake in positionning or using w will cost the game. Fun champ but not a winner.

vincent goes for dorans shield against potentially harassing matchups, since he gets his dmg off anyway with draven. no matter if he looses 8-10ad. ofc the missing adc sums up to an legit amount of dmg over time in early. but in the end it is just the way you play which decides of shield paying off or not.
